When callers contact a business using our service, we may collect: name, telephone number, reason for call, appointment details, call duration and timestamp. When you subscribe, we collect your name, email, business name, billing information, and call handling preferences.
3. How we use your data
We use personal data only to deliver the services you have requested. We do not sell personal data. We do not use caller data for marketing purposes.
4. Data retention
Call records are retained for 90 days then permanently deleted. Subscriber data is retained for the duration of the contract and up to 12 months thereafter.
5. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data. Contact ronav@info-rrr.com. We respond within 30 days.
6. Security
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256.

Terms of Service
1. The service
RRR & CO™ provides an AI-powered telephone answering service to UK-registered businesses. RRR & CO™ is a Companies House registered business operating from Leicester, United Kingdom.
2. Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Failure to pay within 7 days will result in service suspension. Prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT where applicable.
3. Call limits
Each plan includes a monthly call allowance. Overage is charged at £0.50 per call, invoiced at month-end.
4. Cancellation
Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Service availability
We guarantee 99.9% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance is conducted between 02:00 and 04:00 UTC with 48 hours' notice.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
